How does it work?
We provide you with dedicated 0844 telephone numbers which can be used for targetted campaigns or monitoring internet generated leads. All calls are then digitally recorded and available for playback. Each week we will provide an email summary of the number of calls, missed calls, length of calls and average response times, along with a sample of calls that highlight particular training needs or strengths. In addition, we provide a training needs analysis for increasing sales conversion rates and improving customer service.
